DESCRIPTION:2025 September General meeting: IN PERSON Social\nSeptember 17 @ 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm \n5th Dems Fall Social 2025\nWednesday\, Sept. 17th \, 5:30-7:30pm\nNEW LOCATION: Tibbits Valley Park\, Issaquah\n965 12th Ave. N.W.\nThe Picnic Shelter is located in the NW corner of the park near the intersection of 12th Ave and Newport Way. \nThe 5th Dems annual Fall Social is an in-person\, outdoor\, fun gathering that will replace our September General Meeting. We’ll provide dinner and a chance to visit as we gather before our final push to Election Day. \nEnjoy dinner on us! We’ll provide the makings to build your own burrito or salad. We’ll provide water as well. Bring a dessert to share if you’d like. \nNo official business will take place at this social. Instead\, we will take this opportunity to connect and share how we can help Democrats win up and down the ballot in November. \nNo need to RSVP\, no tickets necessary\, free attendance – we just need you there to make it fun! Event happens rain or shine. Members and guests of the 5th LD Democrats are invited\, as well as friends\, families\, children and pets on a leash.

DESCRIPTION:Issaquah Salmon Days \nYou know what the first weekend in October means – yep! – it’s the final festival of the summer – Issaquah Salmon Days. This October 4th and 5th we’ll be walking in the parade and staffing a booth at the “Spawn-tastic” festival\, and we could sure use your help! This is a great opportunity to talk to voters before ballots drop. \nBooth Information – We’re seeking volunteers to help staff our booth Saturday and Sunday for two-hour shifts from 10:00am-6:00pm. NO deep knowledge of voter registration\, ballot intricacies\, or salmon required!
