We are a community of Democrats who realize that electing leaders who share our values requires that we make a sincere effort to help Democrats get elected to local, state and national posts. Membership Dues cover our annual operating expenses. Additional donations help us support our endorsed candidates through campaign contributions and our Get Out the Vote mailer. Our members vote on endorsements and other organizational questions at general meetings, which are held over Zoom on the third Wednesday of every month. Anyone can join one of these meetings but, to receive voting credentials, you must declare yourself a Democrat, live in the 5th Legislative District, and pay dues in full at least 21 days before the meeting at which you want to vote. 2024 Annual Membership Dues, special rate: Individual Membership $20 Other Details. Annual Membership starts February 1st and runs through January 31st. Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs) are automatic voting members of the 5th LD Dems without paying dues. However, we strongly encourage PCOs to help cover our operating expenses through dues and/or donation. Thank you for your support!
