About Us – The Buzz
Welcome to The Buzz, the political blog of the 5th District Democrats in Washington state.
Who are we? We are the members of the Democratic Party in Washington’s beautiful 5th Legislative District in suburban Seattle. We stretch form the shores of southern Lake Sammamish to the peaks of the Snoqualmie Pass.
What is The Buzz? It’s our newly revived blog, where Democrats from the 5th District, and anyone interested in politics, can join the conversation on issues that affect us daily. Whether it is a new zoning ordinance in Issaquah, a candidate for the State house or a race for President, any political debate is welcome here. The Buzz will let us all air out our opinions, and perhaps let the 5th District Democrats shape our political positions and contribute to the regional, state and national debate.
